AVASREVENGE Return Policy:

 

You can return your original condition item(s) for any reason.

 

Return shipping is free.

 

Returns are free.

 

Customer has 14 days (including weekends) to submit a return request from the date the item(s) are delivered. (Return request links are found at the bottom of this page.)

Once the return request is approved and customer is provided with Return shipping label, customer has 5 days (including weekends) to initiate a return shipment (schedule package pickup by carrier or drop off at carrier hub).

A full refund will normally take up to 7 business days and will be refunded to the form of payment used for the order, once the item(s) has been approved by warehouse.

Orders $800 or more may receive a bill from US Customs for Duties and Taxes. (For U.S. deliveries. This is a normal procedure for items arriving from Europe; Italy, France, Spain, etc. Customer will receive an email from the carrier with a link to pay the duties and taxes online. Once they are paid, the order will be delivered to the customer’s address.)

Return requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Item(s) in which return shipping is not initiated within 5 days (including weekends) of return request approval will be cancelled.

Items not received to warehouse within 20 days of shipping will result in cancelled return. Warehouse will mail item(s) back to customer and will charge customer for additional shipping.

If the customer refuses delivery of the item for any reason, a fee of $120 will be charged to the customer to return the item back to the warehouse.

Avasrevenge.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for reimbursement.

Items not in original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Customer will be charged for shipping cost.

 

Original Condition:

All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags attached, authenticity papers, bags, and boxes.

Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. (Please do not ship item(s) in only their designer box. Please place box in a larger shipping box. Items with damaged designer box will not be accepted.)

Items with any sign of wear / odor / damage will not be returned and will be shipped back to customer. Customer will be charged for shipping cost.

Lingerie and Hosiery must be unopened and sealed to be returned.

Skincare, cosmetics, fragrances and all beauty supplies must be unopened, with original seal and packaging to be returned.
